Hi, I’m Kelsey!
I founded Fostering Student Growth because I believe every child deserves the opportunity to feel confident and successful in school.
As a Massachusetts-certified educator with more than 16 years of teaching and intervention experience, I have worked with students across a wide range of academic abilities and learning styles. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how personalized instruction can help students overcome challenges, develop confidence, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

My passion is helping students strengthen foundational skills—particularly in reading—while creating a supportive learning environment where they feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and celebrating growth.
