Refund Policy

At Fostering Student Growth, LLC, all payments for tutoring services are non-refundable.

Because each tutoring session reserves dedicated instructional time, resources, and scheduling availability, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed tutoring sessions

  • Missed or unattended sessions

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

  • Change of mind after booking or payment

  • Partial attendance of a session

Cancellations & Missed Sessions

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must follow our 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged in full.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and extenuating circumstances, adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Fostering Student Growth, LLC. These situations are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Square or other approved payment platforms. By purchasing tutoring services, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
